2007 | The purchase of the plastics packaging business of Slovakian company DM Plast sro in VELKY MEDER. Acquisition of Raytec BV, an injection moulding company in RAVENSTEIN, The Netherlands. Also acquired a blow moulding facility from French business MOB SAS in Moirans en Montagne, France. |
2006 | Acquired two of Crown Group`s Risdon facilities located at MAROLLES near Le Mans in western France and at MOZZATE near Varese in northern Italy. Acquired Barplas from the Barghout family in BRADFORD. |
2005 | New factory opened in MORGANTOWN, Pennsylvania, USA to produce Tassimo discs for that continent, which will be in production early in 2006. |
